Unauthenticated database access via unvalidated ID parameter
Published Aug 1, 2025 · Updated Aug 1, 2025
SQL injection in Projectworlds Online Admission System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via the ID parameter. The viewdoc.php handler places the unvalidated ID query-string value directly into an SQL statement, allowing time-based blind and UNION-query payloads to change database execution. Exploitation requires no login or user interaction; resulting access is bounded by the privileges of the application's MySQL account.
