Privilege escalation via persistent help-file script injection

Persistent XSS in AVEVA Application Server 2023 R2 SP1 P02 and earlier allows local users to escalate privileges. The IDE permits an aaConfigTools group member to modify App Objects' help files with script markup that executes when a victim views the help content. Exploitation is limited to configuration-time IDE operations, requires high local privileges and victim interaction, and does not affect runtime components.
