Stored cross-site scripting in all versions of tawk.to Live Chat allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in other users' browsers via malicious PDFs. The chatbot accepts a PDF containing a JavaScript payload, stores it, and later displays it to other users without properly sanitizing the embedded script. Exploitation requires another user to access the uploaded PDF, after which the script runs in that user's browser context and can read session data or perform actions as that user.
