Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped access message

Stored XSS in eMarket Design Software Issue Manager 5.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via noaccess_msg. In emd-form-frontend.php, the denied-access branch concatenates the stored noaccess_msg setting directly into an HTML div without output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload; it executes for visitors who load a page that renders the denied-access message.
