Authenticated stored XSS via unescaped noaccess_msg

Stored XSS in the Campus Directory WordPress plugin 1.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via noaccess_msg. The form frontend code accepts noaccess_msg without adequate sanitization and emits the stored value into a page without output escaping. Contributor-level access is required; injected JavaScript executes in the browser of anyone who visits the affected page.
