CVE-2025-8307

Password disclosure via reversible client-side encoding

Published Jan 8, 2026 · Updated Jan 8, 2026

Recoverable password storage in Asseco InfoMedica Plus allows attackers to decode every user's database password. The database stores passwords in an encoded form, and the client-side application embeds the algorithm that reverses that encoding. Exploitation requires possession of the encoded values; chained with the separate access-control flaw, recovered credentials enable privilege escalation.
