Encoded password disclosure via overbroad account access

Access control failure in Asseco Poland InfoMedica Plus allows remote authenticated users to obtain every account's encoded password. The account access-control policy exposes encoded password data for other users, including the main administrator, to low-privileged accounts. An adjacent-network, low-privileged account is required; decoding the values requires the separate client-side algorithm flaw, and chaining both flaws enables privilege escalation.
