Arbitrary file upload in Ivanti Avalanche before 6.4.8.8008 allows remote authenticated users with administrator privileges to execute code. The FileStoreConfig app accepts user-supplied data without sufficient validation, allowing arbitrary files to be uploaded. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator and another vulnerability in the chain, after which code runs as SYSTEM.
