Unauthenticated device control via exposed Telnet CLI

Missing authentication in all Güralp FMUS and MIN device versions allows remote attackers to control devices through a Telnet CLI. The network-exposed command-line interface accepts Telnet sessions without verifying credentials before granting access to critical functions. Network reachability is sufficient to modify hardware configurations and data or factory-reset the device, interrupting its configured operation.
