Unauthenticated file disclosure and deletion via unchecked handlers
Published Sep 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in AI Engine 2.9.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to list and delete files uploaded by other users. The rest_list and delete_files handlers process file enumeration and deletion requests without checking the caller's capability or file ownership. No account is required; exposure is limited to file information, while the integrity consequence is deletion of files uploaded through the plugin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
