SSRF filter bypass via omitted multicast range

SSRF in ssrfcheck before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to pass multicast URLs as safe for use by a consuming backend. The PRIVATE_CIDRS denylist in src/is-private-ip.js omits 224.0.0.0/4, so isSSRFSafeURL returns true for URLs targeting multicast addresses. Exploitation requires an application to trust that result and fetch attacker-controlled URLs, enabling requests to multicast-addressed services.
