Authenticated information disclosure via weak xajaxargs hashing
Published Jul 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 15, 2026
Weak hashing in Vaelsys VaelsysV4 5.0, 5.1, 5.1.0, 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive information. The /grid/vgrid_server.php web interface processes attacker-controlled xajaxargs with a weak hash, but Vaelsys has not published the hash's security role or the data exposed. A valid low-privilege session and a high-complexity request are required; the reported effect is limited to confidentiality.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
