Authenticated router crash via oversized submit-url

Buffer overflow in the TOTOLINK X15 1.0.0-B20230714.1105 HTTP POST handler allows remote authenticated users to crash the router. The /boafrm/formMultiAPVLAN handler accepts an approximately 1,000-character submit-url value, and that oversized form value overflows its stack buffer. A valid sessionCheck value is present in the published request, and the demonstrated consequence is denial of service rather than code execution.
