Router crash via oversized devicemac1 POST value
Published Jul 27, 2025 · Updated Jul 28, 2025
Buffer overflow in the TOTOLINK X15 HTTP POST handler 1.0.0-B20230714.1105 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router. The /boafrm/formMapDel route processes an oversized devicemac1 request value without enforcing the destination buffer boundary. The published request includes a sessionCheck token, so exploitation requires a management session and interrupts router service.
