Server-side request forgery in ChanCMS 3.1.0 through 3.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to make server-originated requests. The getPages handler at /cms/collect/getPages treats attacker-controlled targetUrl as the destination for an outbound request without restricting the destination. Low-privileged application access is required, and reachable internal services can receive requests from the server's network position.
