Unauthenticated service crash via non-singleton destination EID

NULL pointer dereference in µD3TN before 0.14.3 allows remote attackers to crash the service with a crafted BPv7 bundle. get_node_id returns NULL for a legitimate tilde-prefixed non-singleton destination EID, but bundle_forward passes it to fib_lookup_node, which calls strlen on the pointer. Any unauthenticated peer able to submit a bundle can trigger an immediate segmentation fault, interrupting service without reported data disclosure or modification.
