Out-of-bounds read via unchecked colormap index

Buffer overflow in LibTIFF 4.0 through 4.7.0 allows local users to read beyond memory by processing a malformed TIFF with thumbnail. In tools/thumbnail.c, setrow uses malformed-image-derived pixel data to index the 256-byte cmap array without keeping the index in bounds. The flaw is reached when the thumbnail command processes a crafted local file; the published proof demonstrates an out-of-bounds read and process abort, not code execution.
