Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped ID deletion

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Login and User Management System 3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read data via the ID parameter. The yesterday-reg-users.php endpoint interpolates the GET id value directly into a DELETE query without validation or a prepared statement. An administrator session is required; exploitation can disclose database contents and can trigger the endpoint's user-deletion operation.
