Unauthenticated sticky settings modification via missing capability checks

Missing authorization in Blend Media WP CTA 1.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter sticky status and dashboard labels. The update_cta_status and change_sticky_sidebar_name functions process unauthenticated requests without checking caller capabilities before writing the requested values. No account or user interaction is required; the consequence is limited to changing a sticky element's status and the name shown in the WP CTA Dashboard.
