Path traversal in DevItems HT Mega Addons for Elementor 2.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create or delete CSS files. The save_block_css function uses a traversal-influenced path for CSS creation and deletion without confining it to the intended directory. Author-level WordPress access is required, and the documented impact is limited to CSS-file creation or deletion on Windows hosts.
