Authenticated database access via unsanitized agent identifier
Published Jul 25, 2025 · Updated Jul 25, 2025
SQL injection in updateAgent.php in itsourcecode.com Insurance Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter stored data. The handler places the POST agent_id value into a MySQL query without sanitization or validation, permitting boolean-, error-, and time-based query manipulation. A valid login and session cookie are required; successful exploitation supports unauthorized database reads and changes, while broader host control is not established.
