Account access via unprotected core login paths
Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025
Authentication bypass in Drupal Authenticator Login before 2.1.8 allows remote attackers to access accounts through core login paths. The module's route-coverage logic leaves some login paths supplied by Drupal core outside second-factor enforcement. The affected site must enable the module, and the bypass grants the account privileges reachable through an alternate core login path.
