Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated image destination

SSRF in Meow Apps AI Engine 3.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through image requests. The rest_helpers_create_images endpoint passes an attacker-supplied image URL to the image download service, which issues a server-side GET after checking only the URL scheme and does not block private, loopback, or cloud-metadata addresses. Editor-level access is required; reachable internal endpoints can be read or modified, and cloud instance metadata can be disclosed.
