Script execution via unsanitized date-picker title HTML
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Vuetify VDatePicker 2.0.0 through 2.7.2 allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted formatter output. The titleDateFormat callback returns HTML that VDatePicker assigns directly to the title element innerHTML without sanitization. Exploitation requires attacker-influenced formatter output and a user to view the date picker, enabling script execution in the application's browser origin.
