Phishing redirects via protocol-relative next parameter

Open redirect in Bunkerity BunkerWeb 1.6.2 through 1.6.3 allows remote attackers to steer users to phishing sites. The /loading endpoint accepts the next parameter as a redirect target and lets percent-encoded protocol-relative URLs resolve to arbitrary external domains. A remote attacker supplies a crafted link; a user must open it and complete login or already hold an authenticated session, enabling credible phishing from a trusted origin.
