Local privilege escalation via unrestricted driver IOCTLs

Insufficient access control in Lenovo Dispatcher drivers before 3.1.0.41 allows local users to execute code with elevated privileges. The LnvMSRIO.sys device exposes IOCTL handlers that pass caller-controlled physical addresses and MSR identifiers to privileged mapping and register operations without an access check. Exploitation requires local authenticated access and disabled Core Isolation Memory Integrity; success yields kernel-level code execution, while unstable attempts can crash Windows.
