Path traversal in OpenText XM Fax 24.2 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files from the server's local filesystem. OpenText identifies the issue as local file inclusion but has not published the affected endpoint, parameter, or path-validation operation. Low-privileged network access is required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to reading files available to the XM Fax service.
