Path traversal in OpenText Flipper 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to read files hosted on the server through crafted absolute paths. OpenText has not disclosed the affected request handler or how its path validation accepts attacker-controlled absolute paths. The network path requires passive user interaction according to the vendor assessment, and the reported consequence is limited to server-file disclosure.
