Reflected XSS via unescaped request URL attribute

Reflected XSS in Fahad Mahmood Injection Guard before 1.2.8 allows remote attackers to execute scripts through a crafted request URL. The admin logs tab inserts $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] into an HTML attribute without output escaping, allowing attacker-controlled markup to enter the page. Execution requires user interaction in an older browser; the resulting script runs in the victim's WordPress session and can read or alter page-accessible data.
