SSRF filter bypass via omitted multicast range

SSRF in frenchbread private-ip 3.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass address filtering with multicast destinations. The PRIVATE_IP_RANGES allowlist omits 224.0.0.0/4, so the exported check treats multicast IP addresses and hostnames resolving to them as public. Exploitation requires a consuming server to use that result as an SSRF guard on attacker-controlled input, enabling requests to multicast-reachable services.
