Server-side request forgery in RunExternalScan in Quttera ThreatSign 3.5.1.41 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services. The function accepts an administrator-controlled scan target and sends a server-side request without restricting the destination. Administrator access is required; successful requests can read or modify information exposed by reachable internal services.
