Browser script execution via unescaped searchdata reflection
Published Jul 22, 2025 · Updated Jul 22, 2025
Reflected XSS in Apartment Visitors Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via searchdata. The search-visitor.php POST handler returns the searchdata value in generated HTML without neutralizing browser-active content. Exploitation requires user interaction with the crafted response, and injected script executes only within that user's application origin.
