Browser script execution via unescaped searchdata reflection
Published Jul 21, 2025 · Updated Jul 23, 2025
Reflected XSS in PHPGurukul Auto/Taxi Stand Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser. /search.php inserts the searchdata request value directly into an HTML body without sanitization or output encoding. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted response, after which injected JavaScript runs in that browser context and can access page data or perform actions available to the victim.
