Stored XSS via active-content upload allowlist

Unrestricted file upload in yangzongzhuan RuoYi 4.8.0 and 4.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to store active web content. CommonController uploadFile passes multipart files to FileUploadUtils, whose default allowlist accepts HTML and HTM, then returns a public profile URL without sanitizing active content. Any logged-in user who can reach /common/upload can store JavaScript that executes when another user opens the returned file.
