Authenticated SQL injection via unvalidated nominee_id
Published Jul 20, 2025 · Updated Jul 21, 2025
SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Insurance Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access and alter database data. The insertNominee.php handler places the POST nominee_id value into a MySQL query without validation or parameter binding, enabling error-based and time-based injected expressions. Exploitation requires a valid authenticated PHP session; successful queries can disclose or modify data available to the application's database account.
