Insufficient data-authenticity verification in Eluktronics Control Center 5.23.51.41 allows local users to modify registry data. The REG File Handler executes locally modifiable .reg content without verifying its origin or authenticity before applying it. Low-privilege local access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to unauthorized registry changes.
