Authenticated code execution via unchecked file extension
Published Jul 20, 2025 · Updated Jul 21, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in MetaCRM 6.4.0 through 6.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through upload2.jsp. The handler directly concatenates an upload path and retains the supplied file extension without validating dangerous file types. A valid session is required; an attacker can upload a JSP payload under /userfile/default/temp and request its URL to run code on the server.
