User and complaint deletion via unprotected GET request

Cross-site request forgery in PHPGurukul Complaint Management System 2.0 allows remote attackers to delete users via an administrator's session. The admin/manage-users.php endpoint accepts uid and action=del in a GET request and deletes the targeted account without a CSRF token or Referer validation. An authenticated administrator must visit attacker-controlled content; deleting a user also removes complaints associated with that account.
