Authenticated script execution via unescaped visname
Published Jul 19, 2025 · Updated Jul 21, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Projectworlds Apartment Visitors Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via visname. The /bwdates-reports.php POST handler places the attacker-controlled visname value into generated page output without neutralizing executable markup. Low-privilege access and a victim who loads the crafted response are required; execution is confined to the victim's browser context.
