Application crash via missing base URL null check

Null pointer dereference in GPAC 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the application through crafted DASH content. In gf_dash_download_init_segment in src/media_tools/dash_client.c, a missing null check permits base_init_url to be dereferenced when it is absent. Exploitation requires GPAC to process attacker-controlled DASH data and interrupts only the affected process, with no reported data exposure or modification.
