Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda FH451 1.0.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute code or crash the router. The formWebTypeLibrary function passes the user-controlled webSiteId value to strcat without checking its length, overflowing the stack-based dest buffer. Low-privilege access to the management interface is required; successful exploitation can execute code or interrupt service.
