Reflected XSS in PHPGurukul Online Security Guards Hiring System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser. The admin/search.php handler assigns POST searchdata to $sdata and echoes it inside an HTML heading without context-aware encoding. Access to the administrative search interface and user interaction are required; exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in the authenticated browser context.
