Authenticated command execution via unvalidated executor parameter
Published Jul 18, 2025 · Updated Jul 18, 2025
OS command injection in xuxueli XXL-JOB 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating system commands. The sample executor's commandJobHandler passes the executor parameter directly to ProcessBuilder.command() and starts the process without validation. Exploitation requires access to the executor's /run endpoint and a valid XXL-JOB access token; commands run with the executor process's privileges.
