User redirection via unrestricted SSO destination

Open redirect in ThinkGem JeeSite 5.0 through 5.12.0 allows remote attackers to send users to an attacker-chosen site via a crafted SSO URL. SsoController.sso URL-decodes the user-controlled url parameter and returns it as a redirect without restricting external destinations. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; the resulting redirect can support phishing under the trusted site's origin.
