Kernel code execution via unchecked physical-memory IOCTLs

Exposed IOCTLs in TechPowerUp ThrottleStop.sys 3.0.0.0 and possibly others allow local users to execute code in kernel context. Two driver handlers pass caller-supplied physical addresses to MmMapIoSpace without bounds or address validation, enabling arbitrary physical-memory reads and writes. Administrative access is required to open the device; successful exploitation permits kernel-memory modification and the disabling of protected security processes.
