Member-only Pages disclosure via OAuth authorization bypass

Incorrect authorization in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users to view member-only Pages content via OAuth. The GitLab Pages access-control flow accepts an OAuth-authenticated nonmember without enforcing the project's membership restriction. Exploitation requires configured OAuth authentication and Pages access control, which is disabled by default, on 17.9 before 18.3.6, 18.4 before 18.4.4, or 18.5 before 18.5.2.
