Authenticated HTML email injection via unchecked recipient key

Authorization bypass in WP JobHunt 7.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send injected-HTML email to any user. The cs_update_application_status_callback handler accepts a user-controlled key without confirming authorization for the referenced recipient. Candidate-level access is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is a site-generated email containing attacker-supplied HTML, not code execution.
