Privilege escalation in Looks Awesome Flow-Flow Social Streams 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to become administrators. The JsonAPI.php path invokes update_user_meta() without properly validating the requester's identity before changing user metadata. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to change the user type and obtain administrative control over the WordPress site.
