Shortcode execution via unvalidated listing description
Published Nov 17, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Arbitrary shortcode execution in RadiusTheme Classified Listing 5.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to invoke shortcodes. The listing-description filter in app/Controllers/Hooks/FilterHooks.php passes user-controlled description content to do_shortcode without restricting allowed shortcode tags. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the resulting read or write impact depends on the shortcodes registered by WordPress and other installed plugins.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
