CVE-2025-7699Network attack vector

File disclosure via unchecked copy-source parameter

Published Jul 16, 2025 · Updated Jul 16, 2025

Improper access control in ASUSTOR ADM 4.1.0 through 4.3.3.RH61 and 5.0.0 through 5.0.0.RIN1 allows remote authenticated users to read files. EZ Sync Manager accepts the file parameter of an HTTP copy request without checking whether the requesting account is authorized to access the source path. An authenticated ADM account can copy any server file readable by other underlying OS users into its own EZSync folder, exposing that file's contents.
